mixed experience, some issues need attention
spacious roomslow buggy serviceinconsistent service
the room was spacious and clean, definitely a plus.
The buggy service was quite slow (it reminded me of i was always waiting). the food prices felt too high considering the quality. also, the service wasn't consistently good. Sometimes it was great, but other times staff seemed uninterested.

slow serviceold gym equipment
the main thing i didn't like was the slow service. it took forever to get a drink at the bar!!! also, the gym equipment looked pretty old. some of the treadmills were out of order, and the weights area was pretty small. seriously, they need to invest in some upgrades and more staff, it would make a big difference.

The breakfast had a good selection. It met my expectations.
The room showed a lack of upkeep. Curtains were nailed to the frame. the shampoo bottle holder was missing and left dirty holes. the shower door handle was wobbly. It seemed like simple maintenance was neglected.

The gym had sufficient equipment for a basic workout.
The breakfast spread was uninspired, and the taste was quite bland. It was repetitive, and I found LITTLE variety. The rooms look dated. Furniture needs replacement, and overall upkeep fell short for a resort of this level.
